Dr. Schmartz is a passionate eye doctor with a strong academic background and extensive training, who is dedicated to providing exceptional eye care services to her patients.
After completing her medical studies in Brussels, she pursued her residency at the renowned Charité Berlin, where she met her husband Dr. Eulufi. To complete her knowledge about macular diseases, she further honed her expertise in this field at Sankt Gertrauden Clinic, working closely with a renowned head of department.
Since 2016 she brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to her consultation in Luxembourg, her home country.

She possesses extensive experience in administering intravitreal injections, a minimally invasive procedure used to treat various
macular diseases, including age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and macular edema of other genesis. Dr. Schmartz is passionate about preserving and improving her patients’ vision, providing them with the best possible outcomes.
