Intravitreal injections can be used to treat a variety of conditions. The diseases most commonly treated with such injections include exudative AMD (age-related macular degeneration), diabetic macular edema and macular edema secondary to vein occlusion.
These injections can stabilise or even reverse the disease, but they usually cannot cure it permanently. They must therefore be repeated frequently.
We take care of all eye diseases,
from initial diagnosis to regular follow-up.
