Mit einiger Erfahrung k\u00f6nnen die meisten von ihnen durch Biomikroskopie (Spaltlampe) identifiziert werden. Es ist wichtig, zwischen gutartigen Tumoren und b\u00f6sartigen Formationen zu unterscheiden. Die wichtigsten gutartigen Tumore im Bereich der Augenlider sind Zysten und pigmentierte Tumore. Die Bildung einer Zyste ist in der \u00fcberwiegenden Mehrheit der F\u00e4lle ein Zeichen f\u00fcr Gutartigkeit. Eine pigmentierte L\u00e4sion hingegen kann mit einem gutartigen oder einem b\u00f6sartigen Tumor assoziiert sein.<\/p>\n<p>Gutartige Tumore m\u00fcssen nicht behandelt werden, sollten aber dennoch regelm\u00e4\u00dfig kontrolliert werden.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>B\u00f6sartige Tumoren <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es gibt 3 Haupttypen von b\u00f6sartigen Tumoren des Augenlids, von denen das Basalzellkarzinom bei weitem der h\u00e4ufigste ist. Es macht etwa 85% aller Lidtumoren aus, das Plattenepithelkarzinom und das Talgdr\u00fcsenkarzinom z\u00e4hlen zu den restlichen Tumoren.\u2028\u2028Das Basalzellkarzinom betrifft in der Regel Erwachsene. Es besteht ein Zusammenhang mit der Sonnenexposition und das Unterlid ist am h\u00e4ufigsten betroffen.<br \/>\nMetastasen in Verbindung mit dem Basalzellkarzinom sind sehr selten und die Prognose ist normalerweise sehr gut. Die Behandlung beruht auf der vollst\u00e4ndigen Exzision des Tumors, wobei darauf zu achten ist, dass das b\u00f6sartige Gewebe vollst\u00e4ndig entfernt wird.
