Es ist im Allgemeinen mit einer \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfigen Erschlaffung des Gewebes im Alter verbunden, nachdem sich die lateralen und\/oder medialen Sehnen entspannt haben. Meist ist das Unterlid betroffen. Ektropium kann auch als Folge einer Gesichtsl\u00e4hmung oder eines Traumas auftreten.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Symptome<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ein Ektropium erzeugt chronische unter \u00f6rtlicher Bet\u00e4ubung durchgef\u00fchrt und besteht aus der Neupositionierung des freien Lidrandes gegen den Augapfel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In den ersten Tagen nach
