Nach der OP kann jedoch der hintere Anteil der Kapsel vernarben oder eintr\u00fcben und die Sicht ist dann erneut beeint\u00e4chtigt. Dies wird als \u201eNachstar\u201c bezeichnet.<\/p>\n<h3>Symptome<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fortschreitende Abnahme der Sehsch\u00e4rfe Monate oder Jahre nach der ersten Operation.<\/p>\n<h3>Behandlung<\/h3>\n<p>Zur Wiederherstellung des Sehverm\u00f6gens wird mit einem <strong>Nd:YAG-Laser<\/strong> eine \u00d6ffnung in der Mitte der hinteren Kapsel vorgenommen (<strong>Kapsulotomie<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Die Kapsulotomie ist ein einfacher und schmerzfreier ambulanter Eingriff. Es wird innerhalb weniger Minuten nach Erweiterung der Pupille und Eintr\u00e4ufeln von An\u00e4sthesietropfen durchgef\u00fchrt. Der Patient kann mit einer Tropfenbehandlung sofort nach Hause zur\u00fcckkehren.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\"
