Manchmal k\u00f6nnen Symptome des Trockenen Auges auftreten: zum Beispiel ein Fremdk\u00f6rpergef\u00fchl oder R\u00f6tungen im Augenwinkel. Das Pterygium wird erst dann wirklich symptomatisch, wenn es das Zentrum der Hornhaut erreicht und die Sehachse st\u00f6rt.
