Augenerm\u00fcdung tritt beim Lesen oder Bildschirmarbeit bereits nach kurzer Zeit auf.<\/p>\n<h3>Paradox: Das trockene Auge tr\u00e4nt<\/h3>\n<p>Paradoxerweise ist eines der Symptome des Syndroms des trockenen Auges vermehrtes Augentr\u00e4nen. Um dieses Ph\u00e4nomen zu verstehen, m\u00fcssen Sie wissen, dass es <strong>zwei Arten von Tr\u00e4nen<\/strong> gibt. <strong>Reflextr\u00e4nen<\/strong> entstehen, wenn das Auge gereizt ist, zum Beispiel bei Kontakt mit einem Fremdk\u00f6rper, beim Schneiden einer Zwiebel oder bei starken Emotionen. Beim Trockenen Auge hingegen f\u00fchrt ein <strong>unregelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Tr\u00e4nenfilm<\/strong> zu trockenen Stellen auf der Hornhaut, die das Auge jedes Mal reizen, wenn das Augenlid dar\u00fcber gleitet. Darauf folgt ein Fluss von Reflextr\u00e4nen, w\u00e4hrend das Auge versucht, sich selbst zu schmieren und der Reizung entgegenzuwirken.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ursachen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Es gibt mehrere Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr die Instabilit\u00e4t des Tr\u00e4nenfilms, die ein trockenes Auge verursacht. Am h\u00e4ufigsten ist das <strong>Altern<\/strong>. Die Tr\u00e4nenproduktion nimmt normalerweise im Laufe der Jahre ab. <strong>Blepharitis<\/strong> (Entz\u00fcndung der Augenlider) ist eine weitere h\u00e4ufige Ursache.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcberm\u00e4\u00dfiges <strong>Heizen<\/strong> oder eine zu starke <strong>Klimaanlage<\/strong> k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls zu trockenen Augen f\u00fchren, ebenso wie das <strong>Tragen von Kontaktlinsen<\/strong>, die Arbeit am <strong>Computer<\/strong>,<strong> langes Lesen<\/strong> oder die Einnahme bestimmter <strong>Medikamente<\/strong> wie Antihistaminika und Antibabypillen.
